1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the stryhub platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

stryhub provides a platform for subscription billing management, webhook delivery, and affiliate program management. The Service integrates with Stripe for payment processing.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Stripe Integration

The Service requires a Stripe account. By connecting your Stripe account, you agree to:

• Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Authorize stryhub to access your Stripe account data as needed to provide the Service
• Accept that a platform fee may be deducted from transactions processed through the Service

5. Platform Fees and Pricing

5.1 stryhub Platform Fee

stryhub is free to use. There are no subscription plans, no monthly fees, and no upfront costs. You have full access to every feature of the platform from the moment you create your account.

stryhub charges a platform fee of 3% (three percent) per successful transaction processed through the Service. This fee is automatically deducted at the time the transaction is processed. For example, on a $100 transaction, stryhub retains $3.00 and the remaining $97.00 is directed to your Stripe account (before Stripe's own processing fees).

5.2 Stripe Payment Processing Fees (Separate)

In addition to stryhub's 3% platform fee, Stripe charges its own payment processing fees. These fees are set and collected by Stripe, Inc. — stryhub has no control over them. As a reference, Stripe's standard rates are:

• Domestic card payments: 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction
• International card payments: 3.1% + $0.30 per successful transaction
• Cross-border fee: additional 1.5% when the customer's card is issued outside your country
• Currency conversion: additional 1% if a currency conversion is required

Stripe's fees are subject to change at their discretion. For the most current rates, please refer to Stripe's official pricing page.

5.3 Practical Example

To illustrate how fees work together on a $100 domestic card transaction:

• Stripe processing fee: $3.20 (2.9% + $0.30)
• stryhub platform fee: $3.00 (3%)
• Net amount received by you: $93.80

These amounts are approximate and may vary depending on card type, customer location, and Stripe's current rates.

5.4 Affiliate Payout Fees (Stripe Connect)

When you enable an affiliate program on stryhub, your affiliates create Stripe Express accounts to receive automatic commission payouts. Stripe charges additional fees for this service:

• Active account fee: $2.00 per month per active connected account (an account is considered active in any month where a payout is sent to their bank account)
• Per payout fee: 0.25% + $0.25 per payout sent to a connected account
• Instant payouts (optional): 1.5% of the payout amount (minimum $0.50) if the affiliate chooses instant payout to a debit card

How these fees are handled: The per-payout fee (0.25% + $0.25) is already included in the transaction application fee at checkout time. The $2.00 monthly active account fee is passed through to the program owner (you) by deducting it from the first affiliate commission transfer of each calendar month. This means if an affiliate earns a commission of $50.00 and it is the first payout of the month, $2.00 will be deducted, and the affiliate will receive $48.00. Subsequent commissions within the same month are transferred in full without any additional deduction.

5.5 Fee Transparency

stryhub is committed to full transparency. All fees — both stryhub's platform fee and Stripe's processing fees — are visible in your dashboard. You can view a detailed breakdown of every transaction, including the exact amounts deducted by each party.

5.6 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify the stryhub platform fee rate with at least 30 days' prior written notice via email or through the platform dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a fee change constitutes acceptance of the updated fee. Stripe's fees are governed by their own terms and may change independently.

6. Webhook Service

stryhub provides webhook delivery to endpoints you configure. We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver webhooks reliably but do not guarantee delivery. You should:

• Ensure your endpoints are properly secured (HTTPS, signature verification)
• Handle webhook failures gracefully in your application
• Not rely on webhooks as the sole source of truth for critical business logic

7. Affiliate Programs

If you create an affiliate program through the Service:

• You are responsible for the terms and conditions of your affiliate program
• Commission calculations are based on the rates you configure per product (up to 3 tiers)
• Affiliate payouts are processed automatically through Stripe Express connected accounts
• Affiliates must create a Stripe Express account to receive payouts — this is handled directly by Stripe's onboarding process
• Stripe Connect fees apply to affiliate payouts as described in Section 5.4 above
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable affiliate marketing laws in your jurisdiction

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Process payments for prohibited products or services
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by stryhub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stryhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
